e-Gift Voucher

An e-Gift Voucher can be a great way to help a friend or relative improve their health and wellness.

You can choose from a variety of options and they can be used for nutritional services with FODMAP Consultancy.

They can be purchased and used against a 3-session IBS Relief Package or as part-payment towards a session.

Please note that Gift Vouchers are only for use in the UK.

Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Vouchers can be redeemed by booking a nutritional therapy consultation of the same value or used as part-payment towards a service. If the service exceeds the amount of the voucher, the balance should be paid in full prior to the date of treatment.
Vouchers are non-refundable.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given for a cancellation, the full value of voucher will be redeemed. If the voucher is used as part-payment towards a service, the outstanding balance is payable
